| 1932 | Held the 1st Oral Health Event of Tooth Brushing for children. (3) | |
| 1952 | Unveiled an oral health care dissemination vehicle "Lion Health Car No.1." (4) | |
| 1958 | Began oral health care activities for mothers and children. | |
| 1961 | Began oral health care activities for working people. | |
| 1964 | Established the Lion Foundation for Dental Health. Opened the Lion Family Dental Clinic (Keio Department Store, Tokyo). |

| 1965 | Held an Oral Health Event of Tooth Brushing for children in the Olympic arena (the National Athletic Stadium) in Tokyo. |

| 1972 | Established the Lion Osaka Dental Health Station. | |
| 1984 | Implemented oral health care activities in kindergartens and elementary schools in Taiwan. | |
| 1991 | Started the Lion New Year Seminar(now the Lion Health Seminar) | |
| 1998 | Implemented oral health care activities in Malaysia. | |
| 2005 | Appointed as supervising editor for a guide to tooth brushing and how to feel for symptoms of gum disease for the visually impaired. |

| 2007 | Launched our web site. Began to publish quarterly leaflets "Okuchi no Jikan" |

| 2010 | Authorized as a public interest incorporated foundation. | |
| 2014 | Relocated Tokyo Dental Clinic from Meguro to Gotanda.(Closed in March 2021) | |
| 2016 | Held the LDH Symposium “The Role and Potential of Dentistry toward Health and Longevity “ |
